The Behavioral Neurology Section Meeting during the AAN Annual Meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, April 25 at the Boston Waterfront Westin Hotel from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. The meeting will be led by Section Chair Murray Grossman, MD, FAAN and Section Vice Chair Carolyn A. Fredericks, MD. We look forward to seeing you at the section meeting.
SBCN Meet and Greet
Immediately following the Section Meeting on Tuesday, April 25 from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. head to the SBCN Meet and Greet in the Westin Hotel’s Lewis Room, in the North Wing, Conference Level. Enjoy drinks, appetizers and great conversation with colleagues and this year’s award winner at the annual SBCN Meet and Greet.
SBCN continues its tradition of honoring a senior member of the profession who has made significant contributions to our field. This year’s Lifetime Achievement Award Winner, Jeffrey L. Cummings, MD, ScD, director of the Cleveland Clinic Lou Ruvo Center for Brain Health in Las Vegas and Cleveland. He is internationally recognized for his research and leadership in the field of Alzheimer’s disease.
SBCN will also honor 2017 Norman Geschwind Prize Winner, Peter Turkeltaub, MD, PhD, director of the Aphasia Clinic at the MedStar National Rehabilitation Hospital and an assistant professor of neurology at Georgetown University.
